First time karting at the age of 50 … ridiculous fun! Everything was very safe and clear instructions and great supervision by the staff. Surprisingly fast and amazing cornering. Varied track.

I visited this business with 6 friends and we had a fantastic time. I was sceptical prior to attending as I had previously been to Buckmore Park and Bayford meadows, both longer petrol Kart circuits, but I was pleasantly surprised at Soar, it was really good fun, we did the three 10 minute races for £37.50 which I thought was a bit short but having done it, 10m minutes was more than enough and after each race we came off sweating.

Definitely worth a visit, great value for money, great fun.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was a bit dubious having only done petrol karts in the past but the track and the karts were excellent. We did a GP event for 8 of us and it was very well organised. The safety briefing was well presented and the event well marshalled. The staff were friendly and helpful (and honest as I left my wallet in my Kart after one race and it was returned immediately).
The cafe and viewing area are good for any spectators. Can’t rate it highly enough and can’t wait to go back soon as I need to improve my lap times 🙂

First time using an e kart, rather than the standard petrol ones, and they are great fun. Less lag of power round corners more stable in corners probably due to the weight, just good fun.

Had such a great time here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and very efficient without making you feel rushed. When I got here they managed to get me on earlier than my booking time so I didn’t have to wait very long. The karts are also electric but are just as fun as petrol karts. Only thing i would say is there isn’t anywhere to leave valuables or coats if you don’t want to go on the track with them.

Took my daughter, her 2 friends and my husband go karting tonight on the Kart/Curry promotion. They all had great fun, and it was very well organised. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A great experience all round. The booking was made very easy a week ago with Ellis for my Wife’s 50th Birthday. With a bit of gentle persuasion, Lisa agreed to have a go. The group that we were teamed up with were extremely polite and understanding of us both as novices. The information and guidance given by all staff members was professional and concise. This led to a great experience where we also felt extremely safe. A big thank you all round TEAM. Coming back in April.

First experience at electric karting last night for 5 of us that have been karting for years.
The karts are very fast and the staff are the best we have ever come across.
All of the staff are very polite and nothing is too much trouble. The marshalls do everything they can to keep the racing going rather than stopping it every time there is a small incident.

My son used up his Xmas present voucher here and absolutely loved it…. if I really thought there could be something extra it would be a larger viewing window in the waiting area upstairs and maybe the races on the screen other than that well organised and something a bit different!
