TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure that you arrive 40 minutes prior to the first booked race. Arriving late could result in you missing your race.
Please ensure that you have registered before arrival to the Kart track. This must be completed before your first visit. Part of the registration form is also your Safety Contract. Please read this carefully before ticking the box. Anyone under the age of 18 must ask an adult over the age of 18 to complete the form on their behalf.
In order to take part in the Activity and satisfy the companies health, safety & insurance requirements, all drivers agree to provide a photographic representation so that I can create an account specific to me the user.
SOAR Electric Karting does not permit the use of their karts to anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. If we suspect that a customer is under the influence of either of these they will be asked to vacate the premises and no refunds will be offered.
All drivers for junior karts must be a height of 4ft 2″ to 5ft 3” (127-160cm). We will check height against our height chart if necessary.
All drivers for adult karts must be a height of 5ft (153cm) and over. We will check height against our height chart if necessary.
All drivers aged 15 years old or under, must have an adult over the age of 18 to sign them in. Any drivers 15 years old or under without an adult present, will be unable to race.
Please wear closed toed shoes. Trainers are ideal.
Everyone will receive a free head sock on their first visit. Please bring this if you return. Helmets are provided free of charge. We have a variety of sizes.
Our refund policy for any booking is within 14 days of the event. If less than 14 days and with prior warning we will endeavour to move your booking to a convenient date. If we are not advised before you arrive on-site that someone is unable to attend, you will loose the credits unless you can fill the space with another person able to race in the same type of kart.
If you fail to turn up for your booked race you we will not be able to re-book the session for a later date.
Please make sure you arrive by your allotted arrival time. This will be on your Booking Confirmation email. If you are delayed and contact us we will try to move your booking, where possible. You will not be offered credits for another day.
Corporate Events – All corporate events must be paid-for before the event date. There will not be any refunds or credits offered for people who do not attend on the day.
